It is no longer possible to order food (Silver or Gold package) for the conference, but it is always possible to buy food at thansen ARENA.

All prices are without accommodation and food.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE ONLINE
You can sign up online till January 29th. After this point you can also show up at ECHO 2-4 February and pay entrance.
CANCELLATIONS FEE
For cancellations before December 26th, the cancellation fee is the cost of the meal.
For cancellations from December 27th to January 9th, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registered amount.
For cancellations from January 10th until the start of the conference, the cancellation fee is the full amount.
During ECHO we will also eat together. Depending on the package you order there a different menus. See the Silver and Gold menu below:

/ Breakfast – Bread, butter, turkey salami, and cheese. Oatmeal and cornflakes with milk and oat drink. Tap water.
/ Snacks – Selection of fruit – fruit juice.
/ Lunch – 2 different types of sandwiches – one without pork.
/ Snacks – Cake, fruit and fruit juice.
/ Dinner – Homemade lasagna with salad. Tap water.

Sunday
/ Breakfast – Bread, butter, hot-smoked turkey, and cheese. Oatmeal and cornflakes with milk. Tap water.
/ Snacks – Selection of fruit – fruit juice.
/ Lunch – Homemade tuna salad, egg with mayo, served with rye bread and butter. Puff pastry shells with chicken in asparagus.
GOLD PACKAGE
Friday

/ Breakfast – Bread, butter, rolled bologna, and turkey salami, cheese, jam, fresh vegetables, and Danish pastries/croissants. Oatmeal and cornflakes with milk. Tap water
/ Snacks – Selection of fruit – fruit juice.
/ Lunch – Homemade chicken salad, liver pâté, beef salami with mayo and remoulade, served with rye bread, homemade bread, butter, and fresh vegetables.
/ Snacks – Cake, fruit and fruit juice.
/ Dinner – Turkey roast with roasted potatoes, red wine sauce, and mixed salad. Tap water
/ Coffee and cake
Sunday
/ Breakfast – Bread, butter, rolled bologna, and hot-smoked turkey, cheese, jam, as well as fresh vegetables and Danish pastries/croissants. Oatmeal and cornflakes with milk.
/ Snacks – Selection of fruit – fruit juice.
/ Lunch – Puff pastry shells with chicken in asparagus, turkey meatballs with potato salad, green salad. Homemade tuna salad, egg with mayo, served with rye bread, homemade bread, butter, and fresh vegetables.
We offer free accommodation in Fredericia Idrætscenter in one of their arenas, but you need to register quickly because there are a limited number of spots available. You choose this when you register. You will need to bring everything you need to stay there during the weekend – sleeping bag, sleeping pad and more. It is possible to use the changing room for baths.
